Instead of chemically boded polyester batting and other synthetic insulation, we use 100% certified organic cotton and California eco wool for our cushioning and quilting layers. The wool in our covers also allows us to meet the national flammability standards without adding any chemical fire retardants in your mattress such as PBDE's and boric acid. Our mattresses are GREENGUARD CERTIFIED.
